Our support organization has one simple goal: to ensure our customers are delighted with their Actix products. In pursuit of this goal, we have developed a highly-responsive, comprehensive technical support and product maintenance offering across our entire product portfolio. We deliver technical support and product maintenance services to customers under the terms of a support and maintenance agreement, offering tiered service levels to meet specific business needs.
Our support is differentiated in several ways including our staff expertise, our commitment to tracking and quantifying the quality of our service and our web-based support portal. Our global support organization is comprised of product line experts who have honed their skills through years of work supporting more than 230 operator customers globally. To ensure these experts deliver a responsive and effective service, we rigorously measure and report on a range of quality metrics such as issue closures and resolution time.
We also offer a comprehensive web portal, MyActix, to streamline all aspects of our support and maintenance offering. MyActix provides a personalized interface to the Actix support service and many other useful resources including product downloads, issue tracking, a knowledge base of known issues and general product information.
