February 22 2012: Actix has today released Customer Experience Analytics (CEA), a new addition to the ActixOne platform’s suite of solutions that allows mobile network operators to see exactly which subscribers are being negatively impacted by the RAN’s performance, their location and the device they’re using.
TD-LTE supported across Actix products and solutions
Time Division LTE (TD-LTE) is part of the 3GPP specifications and provides for the asymmetric needs of mobile data usage and allows the use of unpaired spectrum.

ActixOne 5.0 expands Actix’s customer experience capabilities to include VIP tracking.
ActixOne now allows operators to track VIPs experience via geo-located call trace and probe data. This enables operators to see where their VIPs are and to measure the network quality they experience. In addition operators will receive notification when VIPs have dropped calls. This allows them to take proactive action to identify the underlying cause and to resolve the problem more quickly.
Multi-source, network-wide data analytics enable breakthrough ability to optimize the performance and capacity of mobile data networks
